Terms of Service

Last updated August 1, 2026.

These terms govern your use of Timo Cloud, provided by Timo Cloud ("Timo," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, if you're signing up an organization, on behalf of that organization.

The service

Timo Cloud helps produce distributors take orders, manage invoicing, and sync with accounting systems like QuickBooks Online. Every action that changes your books — posting an invoice, recording a bill — requires a human approval inside Timo before it reaches your accounting system. Timo does not post to your books unattended.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your data, your books

You own the business data you put into Timo — your customers, products, orders, and invoices. We use it only to operate the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your connected accounting system (e.g. QuickBooks Online) remains the source of truth for your books; Timo is a layer on top of it, not a replacement for it.

Acceptable use

Don't use Timo to violate the law, to attempt to access another Organization's data, to probe or disrupt the service, or to resell access without our agreement. We can suspend or terminate accounts that do.

Third-party connections

Features that connect to QuickBooks Online, email, or an AI provider rely on those third parties being available and behaving as documented. We're not responsible for their downtime, but a failure there degrades gracefully — orders and invoices already in Timo aren't lost.

Availability & support

We aim for the service to be reliably available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We'll do our best to give notice of planned maintenance that affects availability.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Timo is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it.

Termination

You can stop using Timo and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, with notice where practical.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where required, notify Organization admins directly. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
